WHY THIS NOTICE
This page describes how to manage your site in relation to the processing of personal information of the users who consult it.
This is an information that is also made pursuant to art. 13 of d.lg. n. 196/2003 – “Personal Data Protection Code” – to those who interact with the web services of My Personal Eden, accessible via telematics starting from: www.mypersonaleden.com corresponding to the homepage of the official website of the Studio.
The information is only made for the site in question and not for other websites that the user may consult through links.
The information is also inspired by Recommendation n. 2/2001 that the European Data Protection Authorities, gathered in the Group established by art. Article 29 of Directive 95/46 / EC, adopted May 17, 2001 to identify some minimum requirements for the collection of personal data online, and in particular the modalities, times and nature of the information that processors have to provide to users when they connect to web pages, regardless of the purposes of the link.

THE “TITLE” OF TREATMENT
Following the consultation of this site, data relating to identified or identifiable individuals can be processed.

The Study itself is responsible for processing under Article 29 of the Personal Data Protection Code.
DATA PROCESSING PLACE
The treatments related to the web services of this site take place at the aforesaid headquarters of Roberto Stanzani and are handled only by internal staff.
TYPES OF TREATED DATA
Navigation data;
computer systems and software procedures for the operation of this website acquire, during their normal operation, certain personal data whose transmission is implied in the use of Internet communication protocols;
These are information that is not collected to be associated with identified individuals but which by their very nature could, through elaborations and associations with data held by third parties, allow users to identify;
in this category of data are the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by the users that connect to the site, the URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) notation addresses of the required resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the server request, file size obtained in response, numeric code indicating the status of the server response (good end, error, etc.) and other parameters related to the operating system and the user’s computer environment;
these data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its proper functioning and are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used for the detection of liability in the event of hypothetical cybercrime for damage to the site: save this eventuality, state of the web contact data does not persist for more than seven days.
Data voluntarily provided by the user:
the optional, explicit and voluntary sending of e-mail to the addresses indicated on this site involves the subsequent acquisition of the address of the sender, necessary to meet the requests as well as any other personal data included in the letter;
summary information specs will be progressively reported or displayed on site pages tailored for particular services on request.
Cookies:
no personal data of users is acquired by the site;
no cookies are used for the transmission of personal information, and the only access logging technical cookies have been appropriately anonymized by removing the last octal of the IP address: es: 123.123.xxx.xxx. See the “cookie policy” page for this site.
the use of c.d. session cookies (which are not permanently stored on the user’s computer and vanish with the browser’s closure) are strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) needed to allow safe browsing and efficient site;

the subjects to which personal data are referenced have the right at any time to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of the same data and to know its content and source, to verify its accuracy or to request its integration or updating, or rectification (Article 7 of the Personal Data Protection Code);
under the same article you have the right to request the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or the blocking of the data processed in violation of the law, and to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, their treatment.
